Canvas
The canvas is the place where the selected curves are displayed:
- The horizontal X axis shows the time in frames (default, Alt + F) or in seconds (Alt + T).
- The vertical Y axis represents the parameter's value at a certain time.
- A grey vertical line indicates the position of the timeline slider.
- An adaptive background grid shows you where the cursor will snap in when the → snap option is enabled.
- A right-click menu provides access to some important functions.
- When you move the mouse over the canvas you will see the corresponding X and Y values in the → information bar.

The background of the canvas can be changed by loading an image:
- Hit Alt + I to load an image
- The image will not be saved permanently and has to be reloaded with the next launch of RealFlow.

Multiple keys are selected by dragging a rectangle around them:
- The marked area is indicated by a dark grey colour.
- This curve segment can be shifted with the mouse using click-and-drag.
- The new X and Y values of the selected keys are displayed while moving the curve segment.
Working with Keys
A new key is added with
- a double-click on the canvas
- Ctrl/Cmd + LMB for more precision

- Hit Del to remove selected keys.
- Move keys by selecting and dragging them
