Standard particle fluids are RealFlow's earliest fluid technology. Although we have added other state-of-the-art solvers, this type is still relevant, because it supports features likeÂ
- wet-dry maps
- crest and object splashes with RealWave surfaces
- elastic, dumb, gas particles
- foam maps
- RealWave particle interaction
- a long list of particle channels (age, force, density, pressure, velocity, etc.)
Compared to the → Dyverso SPH and PBD solvers, the major limitations are:
- Simulation speed.
- No GPU support.
