TableBRDF

When TableBRDF is selected from the Type pulldown menu, Maxwell will render the material according to the referenced TableBRDF material definition. See TableBRDF materials in Maxwell for more information.

  • Open: Select the TableBRDF to associate with the formZ material.
  • Delete: Remove reference to external TableBRDF.
  • Preview: Generate a preview of the material in the formZ sample scene (6” sphere, 6” cylinder, 6” cube, or 6” plane)
TableBRDF Notes

Use of TableBRDF may increase render pre-processing time. Once the rendering starts, TableBRDF materials do not take longer than MXMs.

TableBRDF materials may be temporarily disabled in scene Translation.
