User Graph Folder

This is a common place where you can store graph files for reuse. The parser analyses RFG and XML files, but also files without an extension. All graph files from this folder will be imported to the current graph as compounds. This way it is very easy to create a repository with often-used graphs and functions. The input field shows the default path to this directory.

If you want to choose a different folder anywhere on your local hard disk or in a network, simply click on this button to open a file browser. It is also possible to enter a path manually in the “Folder:” field. Please be careful with network drives, because they have to be active and mounted, otherwise the graphs cannot be loaded. Changes (path renaming, removing and additions), made here, are updated within a few seconds.

Default

A click on this button restores the default path to the “User Graph Folder”.

Advanced

This section contains only a single entry and the checkbox is active by default.

Allow zoom with Alt + Right mouse button continue outside of the editor canvas.

When this option is enabled you can zoom in our out with your mouse even if the mouse pointer is not directly inside the editor's canvas. To disable this mode, remove the checkmark.

Relationship Editor

Here you can find entries to control the size of the circular icons in the “Relationship Editor”. The values can be adjusted for node icons and the hub symbol separately.

Define the radius of a node icon in pixels.

Hub shape radius

Define the radius of a hub icon in pixels.
