Downloading Your License

After purchasing RealFlow you will have access to our “Customer Gateway”. This is your source of information regarding your licenses, downloads, updates, and your personal information. Once you are logged in you will also find a web service for downloading your license file:

In the menu on the left, go to Licenses > Download RealFlow Licenses
There you will find a list with all of your licenses
To get the license click on “Generate and download”

A window will open with some more instructions - please read them carefully (see image below).
In the “Host ID” field you simply have to enter the “hostid” of the appropriate computer. If you do not know where to find the “hostid” please go to this page (see "I need to find the hostid of this machine").
Finally, click on “GENERATE AND DOWNLOAD”
The file will be created and downloaded to your computer.
