Minimum Configuration

    • On Windows the plugin will work with Cinema 4D R18, R19, R20, R21, S22, R23, S24, R25, S26, 2023 and 2024 (64 bit only); on MacOS the plugin will work with versions R20, R21, S22, R23, S24, R25, S26, 2023 and 2024.

On MacOS, as the plugin is not natively compatible with the Apple Silicon processors yet, it requires starting Cinema using Rosetta for the plugin to be visible. In the case of Cinema 4D S26, 2023 and 2024, Cinema cannot be forced to use Rosetta so the plugin won't work in those versions on Apple Silicon Macs at the moment.

  • Windows 7 (or higher) or macOS 10.9 (or higher) operating systems

  • Intel® or comparable main processor

  • 8 GB RAM

  • 75 MB disk space for installation

  • Network adapter and internet access for license activation

  • RealFlow | Cinema 4D supports GPU-based simulations and multi-core/multi-processor systems.

Since fluid simulations are computationally expensive and allocate large amounts of disk space we recommend Intel® i7 or Xeon systems (or comparable), 16 GB RAM (or more) and a 1 TB hard disk drive.
