After the purchase you receive an automated confirmation email which contains a node-locked license/activation key and instructions for download/install.

If you are a new customer, you also receive a → customer gateway login email. Please also check your spam folder and contact us if the email is past due for more than 24 hours.

Download the plugin from the gateway as described below and → install RealFlow | Maya:

  • The installer prompts you to activate your license.
  • A license activator app opens, and you only need to follow the steps to paste in your license/activation key and gateway/portal login (→ macOS licensing , → Linux licensing, → Windows licensing).
  • The license app connects to the portal, checks the customer info, writes the .lic file and saves it directly to your local hard drive.
  • You can also activate licenses at any time inside Maya by selecting “License” in the "RealFlow" plugin menu.

Downloading RealFlow | Maya

RealFlow | Maya is exclusively available from our customer gateway:

  • Go to the → customer gateway and enter your login data.
  • Click on My Downloads.
  • On the "My Downloads" page look for "RealFlow | Maya".

License/Activation Key Missing?

If you did not receive or lost the license key you can also request it from the customer portal:

  • Go to the → customer gateway and enter your login data.
  • Click on My Products > Purchased / assigned products.
  • A list with your products appears and the "Activation Key".
  • Copy or download it and paste to the appropriate field during the licensing process.
