Object Emitter Texture

 

The setup has been copied from “Object Emitter Poly Selection”. Objects and fluid are the same as in this scene. For details please open the fact sheet. Fluid particles will be emitted from a baked cloth simulation. Particles will only be emitted from the white parts of a bitmap. The bitmap/material does not have to be assigned to the cloth object, but it must be linked to the emitter. It is actually not necessary to bake the cloth simulation, but this step will speed up the fluid simulation.

Don't forget to reconnect the bitmap to the material and the emitter's "Texture" field.
