In order to create a wet-dry map an objects object requires three things:
- "UVW" tag.
- "Collider" tag.
- Material with a "RealFlow WetMap" shader.

The colour is a standard Cinema 4D gradient with appropriate features. For exact control expand the "Wetmap Color" parameter.You : you find more information on the settings and parameters in Cinema 4D's manual/online help.
