RealFlow | 3ds Max has certain system requirements:

  • Autodesk® 3ds Max® 2017-2019
  • Windows 7 or higher
  • 64-bit Intel® or AMD® multi-core processor with SSE4.2 instruction set
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 75 MB disk space for installation
  • Network adapter and internet access for license activation
  • RealFlow | 3ds Max supports GPU-based simulations.

Since fluid simulations are computationally expensive and allocate large amounts of disk space we recommend at least 16 GB RAM and a 512 GB storage device.
