Here, the conditions under which bubbles will be created are defined . The different threshold parameters are related to the Hybrido fluid particles enclosing the bubbles.

Bounded

You can restrict the appearance of particles to a domain with “Yes”. The domain's box can be positioned and scaled freely with the parameters under Node Params > Node or the W and R keys.

Emission rate

This is the number of particles which are created per second per cubic metre. The final number of particles also depends on the various threshold values and the used particle type. In some cases it can be necessary to use very high settings of 1,000,000 and more.

Speed threshold

If the fluid's velocity is greater then the adjusted threshold bubbles will be generated. In RealFlow, velocities are measured in metres per second.

Vorticity threshold

Vorticity represents the strength of vortices that will arise in turbulent fluids. If the fluid's vorticity is greater than the adjusted threshold bubbles will be generated.

Position variation

New foam particles are created within the given value around a grid fluid particle. Higher settings add more particles. If you can see cloudy or spherical structures you should choose a smaller value. The parameter's unit is metres.
