1. PARTIES

1.1 Next Limit, the registered o?ce of which is Angel Cavero 2, 28043, Madrid, Spain ("Supplier").

1.2 You, the end user of the software products licensed for use on a computer ("Licensee").

2. BACKGROUND

2.1 The Supplier has supplied and licensed certain software products (“Software”) to the Licensee under the terms of the End User License Agreement.

2.2 In order to guard against unlicensed use of the Software a license key is required to access and enable the Software.

2.2 The Licensee wishes to move a license key to another computer on the terms set out, but not limited, to this agreement.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The issuing of replacement or substituted license keys if the Software is moved from one computer to another is subject to these terms and conditions.

3.1 Next Limit will not allow license transfer requests where the software products would be eligible for

support, upgrades and updates under the terms and conditions of the Support and Maintenance agreement,  but the Licensee's support payments have lapsed.

3.2 Next Limit will consider license transfer requests from one computer to another only if the original

computer or computer component from which we determine the system id number, has been lost, stolen, damaged, upgraded or replaced and for no other reason.

3.3 Next Limit will limit the Licensee to a maximum of one license key transfer per year from the date the product was purchased. This is free of charge.

3.4 Additional license key transfers within this period will be charged at the rate €75/$100

3.5 A license key is de?ned as a node-locked or ?oating key for a single product. Multiple license keys will require multiple license transfer forms and may incur multiple transfer fees.

3.6 If a new license key is issued under this license transfer policy it will be for the same version and options of the product as in the original license key. For example, a node-locked license cannot be transferred to a ?oating license.

3.7 A license transfer to a computer in a di?erent country is prohibited unless agreed in advance under the terms of a Global Site Licensing.

3.8 The transfer of license keys is considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of Next Limit

4. THE LICENSEE’S RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 The Licensee must complete, sign and return via fax or email a license transfer form for each license key that they wish to transfer. This license transfer form is available on request.

4.2 The Licensee must remove all transferred license keys on the originating machine within 2 days of receiving the new license keys.

5. MISCELLANEOUS

5.1 Next Limit may from time to time, and at its sole discretion, vary the terms and conditions of this License Transfer Policy.RealFlow's RLM application is a modern, and easy-to-use license manager available for all supported operating systems (Windows, Linux, OS X). Another major novelty with RealFlow 2014's licensing system is that we now offer node-locked and floating licenses (previously all RealFlow licenses were floating).

After the installation and the first launch of RealFlow you will see the so-called "Licensing Wizard". This tool will help you to make the licensing process easier, because it will copy the license to its appropriate folder, installs the RLM license manager as a startup service (if necessary), and creates a demo license automatically.

Once the RLM has been installed, you have access to a comprehensive web interface. This is your control centre for all licensing issues relating to Next Limit's software products. Here you can monitor the currently installed and used licenses, and there are many administrative features. The interface is also the place where you can restart the server.
