This feature works similar to subtractive Boolean operations: it is possible to use objects to cut away parts of a fluid volume.

From Collision Objects

This option works automatically and detects all objects with a → "RFCollider" and intersects the particles volume:

  • Particles inside these objects will be removed.
  • The "Fill" emitter is a special case, because the fill object will not be considered.
Mask surface offset

With this value it is possible to inflate or shrink the object(s) virtually to remove more or less particlespanel is common to all the emitters. It is used to define the emitter dimensions and the Fluid container where this emitter will create the particles.

Emitter Length | Width | Height

The dimensions of the emitter. Depending on the emitter type, some of the options may be available or not. For instance, the Cylinder emitter allows the edition of the three components. On the other hand, none of them can be edited for the Object or Fill emitters.

Link Fluid

To link the emitter to a "Fluid" click on the "Pick Fluid" button and click on a fluid container from the viewport. An emitter can be connected to one fluid container only.
