Most probably, the license file has been stored in the wrong folder. Here is where the license file must be placed:
Windows | /Users/User user_name/realflow |
---|---|
Linux | $(HOME)/realflow |
OS X | /Users/User user_name/realflow |

Open the RLM's web interface in browser with http://localhost:5054 and restart the server.
I own a floating license, and at least two computers in a network. The RLM is running, but RealFlow is still unlicensed

If RealFlow is running on a client machine it has to "know" where the RLM server is located in your network as shown in the image above. To establish the connection you can
- either store a file on every client, called "host.lic" in the "realflow" folder in your user account's home directory (see table below). This file requires a single entry: HOST ip_of_computer_with_RLM_installed ANY 5053
- or define an environment variable:
nextlimit_LICENSE=5053@ip_of_computer_with_RLM_installed
This is the place for the (optional) "host.lic" file:
Windows | /Users/User user_name/realflow |
---|---|
Linux | $(HOME)/realflow |
OS X | /Users/User user_name/realflow |
Open the RLM's web interface in browser with http://ip_of_computer_with_RLM_installed:5053 and restart the server.
