The "Projects" tab is subdivided into two areas:

Recent Projects

Here you will find the previously opened projects with a → thumbnail and → tags. The tags show you which RealFlow nodes a project contains.

 

 

You can enter a project name or a part of it to filter the recent projects. A click on the "..." button lets you filter the projects by tags.

Project area

Use the slider to change the size of the thumbnails or display the recent projects as a list. Sort the projects by date or name (ascending or descending).

Selected project information

When a project is selected you will find information about its date of creation, the used RealFlow version, and you can go to the project folder directly.

The "More info" link shows even more details, e.g. an existing → description and the project's folder size.

Duplicate project

This buttons becomes active when a project is selected. A click opens a new dialogue where you can specify whether you want to copy the FLW file only or the complete project folder content to a new place.

Open project

Load the selected project. Alternatively, double-click on a thumbnail.

Version

If you have the latest version installed you will see a green checkbox, otherwise a red exclamation mark informs you that a new version is available for download.

Projects Folder

If you want to search through the contents of a certain drive or folder open this tab. By default you will see RealFlow's standard folder for projects, specified in the preferences → "General" section.

There are several options

  • To filter the projects through tags, click on the "...", or enter a project name in the "Search..." field.
  • Like in the "Recent projects" tab it is also possible to change the size of the project thumbnails, sort them by name or date, and display information about the project.
  • Duplicate the selected project
  • Open the selected project.
