Below are listed release notes for versions of the plugin, including builds made available to customers on the Maxwell Render Betas page.
If you don't see that page and instead get redirected to www.maxwellrender.com, it's because you need be logged in to our forums and be part of the VIP user group (so only licensed users have access to these betas). You can automatically register with the forums from the Customer Portal (https://portal.nextlimit.com), by clicking on the link "Register for forum posting" from the left hand side of links (under the Resources section). This will register you with the forums and also add you to the VIP usergroup. Then you need to log in to the forums before accessing the betas page (www.maxwellrender.com/betas). You can choose your own username when registering with the forums, and I suggest to NOT specify your email adress as your username.
If you are already registered but can't post, then please use the "Register for forum posting" link which will add you to the VIP user group.

Important Note
- Maxwell 3.0.1.3 is crashing with MXS References containing instances; this also affects MXS References used in the plugin, as well as the new Maxwell Scatter feature, which operates in terms of MXS References. The workaround is to disable instances when exporting an MXS intended to be used for referencing (which is not generally a bad idea, regardless). Since the Standalone plugin has no option for disabling instances, the workaround there is to fully explode the SKP model.
