3.3 Next Limit will limit the Licensee to a maximum of one license key transfer per version from the date the product was purchased. This is free of charge.
3.4 Additional license key transfers within this period will be charged at the rate €75/$1003.5 A license key is defined as a node-locked or floating key for a single product. Multiple license keys will require multiple license transfer forms and may incur multiple transfer fees.
3.6 5 If a new license key is issued under this license transfer policy it will be for the same version and options of the product as in the original license key. For example, a node-locked license cannot be transferred to a floating license.
3.7 6 A license transfer to a computer in a different country is prohibited unless agreed in advance under the terms of a Global Site Licensing.
3.8 7 The transfer of license keys is considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of Next Limit
