Most of the "Import" menu's entries are self-explaining. Therefore, only some important commands are explained.
MultiBodies from folder...
Loads each SD file from the selected folder as an individual → individual MultiBody node to your scene.
Nodes from XML...
Nodes and their settings can be → exported to a XML file and then reloaded. XML files are very small and suited for quick backups or data exchange.
