The license file is a license text embedded in the confirmation email our Sales Department sent you when you purchased the software. So it may be still there in your email incoming folder. If doesn't, or if you get any problem to find it, please contact our Sales Department detailing all your customer information, and they will try to recover your original license information and send it back to you. |

Check that there is only one version of Maxwell Render in the system. If there is more than one version, it could cause conflicts in the license detection system. Also make sure there isn’t a version of Maxwell Render in the trash can. We strongly recommend that you empty your trash can if you are having license issues. |

The new license doesn't replace the old one, but has to be added to the old one. In the Help>License Info panel, you should see that Maxwell recognizes your current license. |
