This section is the same for all node types and can be enabled/disabled with a click on the "Summary" checkbox.
Summary Spreadsheet Table (A)
What you can see here is a complete statistics for every particle, vertex, or polygon/face channel at the current frame. You are also able to calculate averages, display minimum and maximum values, and you have an overview of the allocated RAM.
Show summary for
There are two modes available:
- “Particles | Vertices | Faces displayed in the Detail table”. When active the summary will only cover the entries of the “Detail” section.
- “Total amount of particles | vertices | faces”. This option show the summary of a node's entire amount of particles, vertices, or faces without any filters or limitations.
Compute averages
When active the “Minimum”, “Maximum” and “Average” rows will be filled. Alternatively, click on an empty cell for computing its average.

RealFlow's “Graphs” engine can be used to create custom channels, e.g. “Viscosity” for HyFLIP fluids. This extra information can be read out and displayed when you add such a custom channel to the spreadsheet. All you have to enter is the channel's name and its data type, e.g. integer or float.
Remove
Select a custom channel and remove it from the spreadsheet with a click on this button.
Checkboxes and Buttons (B)
Separate components
Some channels consist of a X, Y, and Z components, e.g. velocity or position, and by default each element is displayed in a separate column. If you want to group the individual components into a single cell – e.g. for better readability – just enable this checkbox. This option affects both the “Detail” and “Summary” sections.
Compute magnitudes
Some channels consist of a X, Y, and Z components, e.g. velocity or position. When active the X, Y, and Z elements are merged into a single value. This option affects both the “Detail” and “Summary” sections.
Highlight in viewport
If you want to mark the filtered particles, vertices, or polygons in the viewport please enable the checkbox. The size and colour of the highlighted elements is controlled with the “Options...” button.
Options...
Here you will find parameters for adjusting size and colour of the filtered and highlighted elements.
